Prices & making charges

How is the price of a piece calculated?

Price = the piece's weight × today's gold price per gram for its karat + the making charge + stones, if any. The gold price updates several times a day.

Can the price change after I add a piece to the cart?

We lock the price for 15 minutes while you check out. If the gold price changes after that, we show you the new price before you confirm.

Is VAT included?

VAT is charged on the making charge only and is shown separately at checkout.

Delivery & exchanges

How long does delivery take?

1 to 6 days depending on your governorate. You can also pick up from the nearest branch for free.

Can I exchange a piece?

Yes, within 14 days if the piece is in its original condition with the invoice. Details in our returns policy.
