Returns & exchange policy

You can exchange or return a piece within 14 days of delivery if:

• The piece is in its original condition, unused and unaltered.
• You have the invoice, and the certificate if there is one.
• Made-to-order or engraved pieces can't be returned.

Refunds use the gold price on the day of return, minus the making charge [rate set by the store].
